General Manager

Claudia holds a bachelor’s in marketing and publicity with a long trajectory in the marketing and call center industry. She has more than 10 years of sales, merchant account management and merchant account applications experience working with multi-skill teams. As a leader, she’s been able to set high standards and improve the overall operations towards obtaining revenue growth.

CARLOS GARCIA

IT & Software Development Manager

Carlos holds a bachelor’s in business economics along with many certifications in programming and technologies applied to businesses. Carlos also holds a postgraduate specialty in operations and people management, he has more than 5 years of experience working on developing and applying technology solutions to different companies to improve the efficiency of its operations.

QA Manager

With a specialization in organizational psychology, and over 10 years of experience in Customer Care, she has been coordinating social media platforms for different programs. Liz has a special ability to find top-talented people in the industry, developing career path strategies with internal managers to improve the culture of their companies.

MARIO GUADAMUZ

Customer Serivce Manager

Mario: I studied Diplomacy with a major on International Trade. I’ve been working on the BPO industry since 2010 with more than 10 years experience on Business management. Part of my hobbies are riding my mountain bike through trails In Nicaragua land of Lakes and Volcanoes. I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my family and my girlfriend.
